Refund Policy – Milem App

Thank you for using and purchasing our services from the Milem website and app (“Product”), owned and operated by the Milem team (“Company” or “we”). Please read this refund policy carefully.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by local laws.
- General Refund Policy
Generally, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
As a general rule:
- Refunds may only be requested if:
- Fewer than 20 messages have been sent
- The request is submitted within 3 days of purchase
Since every interaction with AI models generates operational costs (servers and models):
- Sending more than 20 messages
- Or after 3 days
The service is considered fully consumed, and refunds are not available.
Refund requests must be submitted during the active subscription period. After the subscription ends, no refund requests can be processed.
- Country-Specific Rules
(A) Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
In accordance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in compliance with the E-Commerce Law:
Users may request a refund within 7 days from the subscription date, provided that:
- The digital service has not been consumed
Milem management reserves the right to:
- Review each request individually
- Fully assess the case
Approval or rejection of the request may depend on:
- Usage status
- Compliance of the request with the policy
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
How to withdraw:
Requests must be sent via email before the 7-day period expires.
(B) European Union / United Kingdom / Switzerland
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have a legal right to withdraw from digital service contracts within 14 days.
By making the purchase:
- You expressly agree to start receiving the service immediately
- And waive your right of withdrawal once usage begins
If you exercise your right within 14 days, and fewer than 20 messages have been sent, you may be eligible for a refund.
How to withdraw:
Requests must be sent via email before the 14-day period expires.
(C) United States
Refunds may be requested within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- Fewer than 20 messages have been sent
After that:
- The service is considered consumed
- No refund will be issued
(D) South Korea / Mexico / Taiwan / Brazil / China
Refunds may be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- Fewer than 20 messages have been sent
After this period:
- Payments become non-refundable
A clear request must be sent to the support team before the 7-day period ends.
(E) Other Countries
If local laws grant additional consumer rights, those laws will apply. Otherwise, the general refund policy will apply.
- Ongoing Technical Issues
If a user experiences a continuous technical problem caused by the platform itself (and not by the device, connection, or outdated software):
- They may be eligible for a refund, provided that:
- Clear evidence is submitted (e.g., screenshots or error logs)
- Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Sending more than 20 messages
- Submitting the request after 3 days (or as per country rules)
- Consumption of the digital service
This policy does not affect your mandatory legal rights.
- Add-On Packages
- Add-on packages are linked to the main subscription
- They expire when the main subscription ends
Additionally:
- Any additional digital products (e.g., content or guides)
- Are non-refundable by nature
- Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user initiates a dispute or chargeback:
- We have the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account
We also reserve the right to:
- Provide evidence to financial institutions to prove the validity of the payment
