Privacy Policy – “Milem” Application
Last Updated: 2025/11/10
Introduction and Scope of the Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the “Milem” application
collects, processes, uses, stores, and protects user data when interacting with our AI-powered services. Milem is a global
application accessible to users across different regions,
including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the European Union, the United States, and various jurisdictions with their own data protection regulations. Therefore, this policy is designed to comply with a wide range of international privacy
standards, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable global privacy frameworks.
Milem operates as a user interface for interacting with AI models; it does not run or host the AI models itself. Our services depend on external AI model providers (OpenAI,
Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Grok, and others). By using the application, you also implicitly agree to the privacy
policies of these external providers in addition to the current policy.
Accessing or using the application constitutes your explicit acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of it, you must refrain from using the application or contact us for clarification.
This policy aims to maintain the highest standards of
transparency and accuracy, enabling users to fully understand how their data is handled without ambiguity or missing
information.
